Return Policy

When you do business with Precision Concepts Racing, Inc., you can return  non-discontinued, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Electrical components are non-returnable. OEM parts subject to 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in unused condition in order to receive a refund.

For all recently discontinued unused items, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging and in unused condition to receive a refund. Some special order items are subject to a restocking fee up to 25%. Please check with a sales associate for details.

1. Warranty Claims: We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
   
2. Call 1-(951) -697-8488 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA.
   
3. Returns must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date. Items received after 15 days may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the customer.
   
4. For item exchanges: Precision Concepts Racing, Inc. can cross-ship orders that were originally purchased with a credit card. COD exchanges can only be shipped once the original item has been returned.
   
5. Credit card refunds are credited back to the card used for the original purchase. COD returns can be exchanged or a refund check can be mailed to the billing address of the order.
   
6. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item.
   
7. Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: third party shippers (example UPS Store, FedEx, Kinko's, Mailbox Etc.) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. Precision Concepts Racing, Inc. does not reimburse these charges.
   
8. Please do not return any items via COD—our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.

General Return Information

Returns for Refund

Items returned for refund instead of exchange, subject to a restocking charge up to 25%. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; customer is responsible for the reshipment fee if item was received at no fault of Precision Concepts Racing. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable including returns on orders with free shipping. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund.

Exchanges

There is no restocking fee; however, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Returns/Exchanges for Model Specific Products

Any products returned for a refund or exchange must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Be sure the part that you orders is for your specific vehicle. Please be aware of this policy before beginning installation of any model specific part. If parts have been installed and the customer is unsatisfied with the product, Precision Concepts will assist the customer with warranty claims.

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.

Wrong Item Received

Precision Concepts Racing, Inc.will replace incorrect items and pay return shipping charges.
Precision Concepts Racing, Inc.will reimburse standard ground shipping rates only.

International Orders

International customers pay all shipping charges. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Warranty Evaluation

Please call Precision Concepts Racing, Inc. at (951)-697-8488 before returning a part for warranty. All warranty claims are processed through the product manufacturers and subject to their policies and discretion. Warranty items should be returned directly to the manufacturer unless advised otherwise by a Precision Concepts Racing, Inc. customer service representative.
